1. Log in to the NSX Manager virtual appliance.
2. Under Appliance Management, click Download Tech Support Log (you can also click the cog at the top right hand side of the screen)
3. Click Download once the logs have been collected.
4. After the log is ready, click the Save to download the log to your desktop. The log is compressed and has the file extension .gz.
I’m sure I will cover this in a later post (not read ahead on the blueprint) but the logs for the Edges and Controllers can also be downloaded from separate locations.
